Due to the fact that many readers will not understand the title of this blog, there is an obligation to educate those people with the story behind it. Please excuse the poor storytelling because the writers on this site are young and stupid, but they do have much to share.

I Would Do That Sorta Thing

The reason for this title is not very self explanatory, but really it is a tribute to people who have experienced or done the following:

• Blurted something embarrassing out in front of a large crowd
• Used a pick up line like: “If you need a seat, I have a face”
• Done some sort of sexual move, or been in a sexual situation, that others might not have experienced (or gotten themselves into)
• Gotten so drunk they did something outside of their characters - ie. pissing the bed, jumping off a high structure, waking up in a school bus, punching a police officer, wearing a toga, etc.
• Gone skydiving naked
• Said “giterdun” when they don”t live in the south
• Played the guitar to pick up a girl
• Beaten up a guy playing the guitar to pick up a girl
• Funneled one more beer than everyone else at the party - thinking it would get them laid.
• Created a blog about when they found out they would do that sorta thing.
• etc

Essentially people who might like this site are people who have felt like “that guy” at some point in their life. The quote that spawned the name of the site was said to me late night: “You look like the kinda guy that would do that sorta thing.”
